EXIT MidSouth has posted the January 2010 Newsletter.  The agent and office rankings from December are on page 3 so take a look at where the leaders placed.  There is a lot of training coming up so do not miss the TRAINING CORNER.  You will see that Jeff Lobb’s Technology Training to Get Productive is just around the corner and we were able to get a price-break down to $100 for this one day power packed course.   Make sure to attend one of the local marketing on the web courses as it travelsl through the region in early February.  The great news for 2009 is that EXIT grew in sales units by 35% and in Middle TN (EXIT was up 32%) you can read on page 7 of the growth EXIT had despite the market dropping 9%.  EXIT is GROWING!   We encourage all our agetns to talk to other agents about the positive atmosphere at EXIT and the success that we are having.

The Austin, TX chapter of Habitat for Humanity welcomed EXIT regional owenrs from all across the United States for the 12th EXIT Habitat Build which had a blitz week from Hanuary 15th til January 17th.  Jean Marie Grumbles, Mike Grumbles Irepresenting Tennessee and Kentucky) joined with other regional owners from Southern California, Ohio, Montana, Pennsylvania, Goergia, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, aand beyond to lend a helping hand and build a house for a local family in need.  To assist and show support of the regional owners was staff from EXIT Realty Corporate including Tami Bonnell, President US Operations,  Erika Gileo, Sr. VP of Operations, and Chrinstine Ireborg, Graphics and HFH coordinator.

The weekend was rewarding as the weather changed for the better and the house is now dry.  The Trusses were all manually lifted atop the walls, set in place and the roof as sheathed and wrapped  Siding was installed and the Doors and windows were installed.  This was quite a trnasformation in hjust a few hours each day, but the future homeowner was working right along side us and showed her gratitude for the assistance we were providing.

Look for more photos to follow.  The work was rewarding and the people that we met were astounding.   It has been a great opportunity and we can’t wait to share more about it.
